The overall scoring formula
At retirement, the engine calculates every dimension on a 0–100 scale. It then multiplies each one by its weight, adds the five results and rounds the total. A very high achievement score therefore matters more than a single 16% dimension, but it cannot completely erase a career with little loyalty, influence or resilience.
The formula is designed to recognise more than one kind of success. Winning trophies helps, but a player who stayed, sustained a long career and became important internationally can also earn a memorable result. The system does not compare users, and there is no public table rewarding repeated runs until a favourable seed appears.

What enters each dimension
Achievement combines trophies, individual awards and peak OVR. Legend starts with peak rating, adds position-adjusted production and considers international appearances. A great season can therefore lift both dimensions, even though each tells a different part of the story.
Loyalty combines the trait built through choices with a bonus for finishing with fewer transfers. Influence brings together reputation, caps and discipline. Resilience combines its matching trait, retirement fitness and recorded career length. No single choice fixes a dimension; the result accumulates seasons and decisions.
Can a player reach 99 OVR?
No. In the current Copero Game engine, seasonal OVR is capped at 96. New careers start between 49 and 56 OVR, and the result card reports the highest value reached. Advice promising 99 OVR does not apply to this game.
Club development, form and age shape seasonal growth, while club level and competition affect role, minutes and opportunity. Decisions can also raise or lower rating, form and fitness. No nation or single choice guarantees the maximum.
What player and goalkeeper stats mean
Counting goals the same way for every position would favour attackers too heavily. Copero uses different production inside Legend: forwards and wingers receive more signal from goals and assists; midfielders from assists and goals; defenders from appearances and trophies; goalkeepers from clean sheets and control of goals allowed.
The adjustment reduces the statistical advantage of scoring, but it is not meant to make every position identical. Peak OVR, trophies and international football still connect all four routes. We review deterministic careers by position group to catch impossible outputs or a persistent advantage before changing balance.
For goalkeepers, the position-specific totals are appearances, clean sheets and goals allowed; peak OVR and international caps also contribute to Legend. Copero Game does not use VI or GR labels. If you saw those abbreviations attached to another Copero product, they do not describe this simulator.

Reproducible example: one start, two routes
To show how choices and variation combine, we ran two quick careers with structure seed 20,260,804 and outcome seed 20,260,805. Both begin with a Greek left midfielder at Athens Crown. The first always takes the low-risk option and stays in every window; the second always takes the high-risk option and accepts the offer with the higher club level when one appears.
In this run, the cautious route finished with the higher score, but the example does not prove that low risk is superior. Changing the seed, position, academy or one decision can alter trophies, form, fitness and production. Its value is reproducibility: anyone can follow the exact rules and verify the engine’s current result.

Is a Copero career completely random?
No. Copero separates structure from outcomes. The structure seed selects the player context, academy order and situations; the outcome seed supplies bounded variation in initial rating, seasons, form, trophies and awards. Choices still change visible metrics and hidden traits, so the simulation is neither a fixed script nor a pure lottery.
The comparison above fixes both seeds and the decision rules. Repeating that setup produces the same engine result, which makes the example an audit trail rather than a promise that one strategy will win across every career.
What the score and verdict do not measure
The score does not compare real ability, predict potential or rank users. Nor does it declare one correct career. It is an internal summary of what happened in that simulation, with controlled variation across seasons, form, trophies and awards.
The final verdict adds identity. Very high loyalty with one move or none can produce “One-club icon”; exceptional resilience without a superstar peak can recognise a survivor; a long international career can highlight a national hero. The verdict therefore does not always follow the exact score order.
